Key areas of Responsibility:
- Develop leads face-to-face, via telephone, email and social media to introduce our product and grow sales pipeline.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM system ensuring all Communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
- Ensure leads are appropriately assigned and followed up determine prospects opportunities for new business.
- Approach and assist new customers that enter the lot
- Prospect for new customers and update “Lead Tracks” system
- Achieves maximum lead generation within an assigned or chosen territory by effectively promoting the company’s products and/or related services.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
- Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
- Perform walk-around with customer and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles
- Effectively close automotive sales
- Ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Accountable for departmental performance standards; “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and vehicles sold
- Knows and understands the company Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
- Attends training and sales meetings offered by the training department
- At least 1 Year of Customer Service Experience
- High School/GED Education
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Will be required to take and pass a drug and background screening
